Only supporters who renewed by 5pm on Wednesday 9 April are eligible to relocate
Relocation windows are staggered by area – starting Friday 11 April
Relocations can be made by phone, in person or via email

Whether you're moving out of Safe Standing, into another stand, or helping someone else relocate – here's everything you need to know.

To be eligible for relocation, Season Tickets must have been renewed before the deadline of 5pm on Wednesday 9 April.

Here’s everything you need to know about the upcoming relocation periods:

Relocation Windows

Safe Standing – Moving OUT

Friday 11 April, 9am – Thursday 17 April, 5pm

Supporters currently in Safe Standing areas who would like to move to a non-Safe Standing section will have a priority window to do so during this time.

Safe Standing – Moving IN

Thursday 24 April, 9am – Wednesday 30 April, 5pm

Supporters who were successful in the Safe Standing ballot can now move into Safe Standing during this priority window. Supporters will be notified no later than Wednesday 23 April if they have been successful in the Safe Standing ballot or not.

North & South Stand Relocations

Thursday 1 May, 9am – Wednesday 7 May, 5pm

Supporters who wish to move into or within the North or South Stand can do so during this time.

East & West Stand Relocations

Thursday 8 May, 9am – Wednesday 14 May, 5pm

This window is for supporters wanting to relocate into or within the East or West Stands.

How to Relocate Your Seat

Relocations can be made in the following ways:

By phone: Call the City Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (option 1) Weekdays 9am–5pm | Non-matchday Saturdays 9am–2pm

In person: Visit the Matchday Ticket Office (Weekdays 9am–5pm)

By email: Contact help@lcfc.co.uk (Weekdays 9am–5pm)

Helping Another Supporter?

If you’re arranging a relocation on behalf of another Season Ticket Holder (aged 18+), we need an email from that supporter giving permission before anything can be changed.

Emails must be sent to ticketsinfo@lcfc.co.uk from the Season Ticket Holder’s own email account ahead of the relocation request, with the information we require listed below:
