  • Promoting a safe, inclusive and respectful matchday experience
  • Supporters encouraged to report any unacceptable behaviour to nearest steward or police officer
  • You can also email help@lcfc.co.uk or use our Matchday Text Service to report any incidents
Together, we can help to ensure every fan feels safe, respected and able to enjoy the matchday experience, free from discrimination or distress.
This includes our upcoming Premier League clash with Liverpool at King Power Stadium on Sunday 20 April, 2025 (4:30pm BST kick-off).
Behaviours that will not be tolerated include:
  • Pitch incursions (both individual and group)
  • The possession or use of smoke devices or pyrotechnics
  • Throwing objects
  • Drug-taking
  • Discriminatory or abusive behaviour, including tragedy chanting
While we know these actions are not representative of most of our supporters, they are illegal and endanger the safety, wellbeing and overall matchday experience of fellow fans, players and staff.
We take these matters extremely seriously. Any supporter found to be engaging in such behaviour will face strict sanctions under the Club’s disciplinary processes and, where necessary, will be referred to Leicestershire Police.
Supporters witnessing behaviour of this nature should report it to the nearest steward or a police officer.
Additionally, you can email help@lcfc.co.uk or call 0344 815 5000 (option 4) if you experience any form of discrimination in a Leicester City setting.
Our Matchday Text Service is available to report any form of discrimination or hate crime. Please text 60066, starting your message with the word FOXES.
Incidents of online abuse or discrimination can also be reported through the Kick It Out app.
