The format will allow Russell Martin’s squad to build important pre-season minutes
Tickets for both fixtures are now on sale, subject to availability

The updated format has been agreed to allow as many players as possible to gain important minutes as Russell Martin’s squad continue preparations for the 2026/27 campaign.

We travel to face Bristol Rovers at Memorial Stadium on Tuesday 14 July, with kick-off at 7pm BST, before visiting Burton Albion at Pirelli Stadium on Saturday 18 July, with kick-off at 1pm BST. The change relates only to the structure of the fixtures, with the kick-off times remaining unchanged.

Tickets for both fixtures are now on sale, subject to availability, with supporters able to purchase via LCFC.com/tickets.
