1. How many match tickets will be available for 2026/27 Fox Members?

Although the Club cannot confirm the exact number, all available tickets for home Sky Bet League One fixtures will go on sale to 2026/27 Fox Members first. For away fixtures, as in previous seasons, the Club will reserve 2% of the league match ticket allocation for Fox Members. 2026/27 Fox Members can apply for these tickets through a ballot for each away league fixture throughout the season. All match tickets are subject to availability.

2. Will there be a cut-off for 2026/27 Fox Memberships?

There are currently no plans to introduce a sales deadline for 2026/27 Fox Memberships. However, this is subject to change, and the Club reserves the right to introduce one at any point during the 2026/27 season.

3. How many match tickets can I purchase per 2026/27 Fox Membership?

Each 2026/27 Fox Membership entitles the holder to purchase one ticket per match, subject to availability.

5. Will I receive a Fox Membership card for the 2026/27 season?

For the 2026/27 season, all Fox Members will receive a Mobile Digital Membership Pass instead of a physical Membership card. This will be sent within one week of purchase.

6. What match ticket types can I purchase using my 2026/27 Fox Membership?

2026/27 Fox Members can only purchase tickets within their age band on the day of the fixture. Tickets cannot be upgraded or downgraded.

7. What are the age limits for each Fox Membership?

Adult Fox Membership - Ages 18+
Junior Fox Membership - Ages 0 to 17 years

8. I held a 2025/26 Fox Membership – when does this expire?

2025/26 Fox Memberships expired on 31 May 2026.

9. When will my 2026/27 Fox Membership expire?

2026/27 Fox Memberships will expire on 31 May 2027.

10. How many Home Priority Points will I be awarded for purchasing a 2026/27 Fox Membership?

All Fox Membership renewals will be awarded 10 Home Priority Points for the 2026/27 season.
New Fox Members will not receive any points for purchasing their Fox Membership. However, they will receive one Home Priority Point for every home match ticket they purchase during the season.

11. Do former 2025/26 Season Ticket Holders who purchase a 2026/27 Fox Membership receive 34 bonus Home Priority Points?

Yes. Former 2025/26 Season Ticket Holders who purchase a 2026/27 Fox Membership will receive 34 bonus Home Priority Points as part of their Membership benefits for the 2026/27 season if they purchase before 31 October 2026..

12. Is there an option to purchase a 2026/27 Fox Membership via Direct Debit?

No. All Fox Memberships must be paid for in full at the point of sale.

13. Can I get a refund on my 2026/27 Fox Membership?

No. All Fox Memberships are non-refundable after the 14-day cooling-off period. Please click HERE to view full Terms and Conditions.

14. Do 2026/27 International Fox Members get access to match tickets for the 2026/27 season?

Yes. 2026/27 International Fox Members can purchase match tickets alongside domestic Fox Members for the 2026/27 season. Ticket availability and selling criteria will be based on the number of Home Priority Points accumulated by the International Fox Member.

15. Does buying a 2026/27 Fox Membership guarantee me a Season Ticket for the 2027/28 season?

No, a 2026/27 Fox Membership does not guarantee you a 2027/28 Season Ticket, but it may give you a better opportunity of obtaining one.

16. How can a 2026/27 Fox Member apply for a Season Ticket for 2027/28 season?

2026/27 Fox Members can apply for a Season Ticket during the Club's 2027/28 Season Ticket application process. As in previous seasons, applications will be prioritised based on the number of Season Tickets available and the Home Priority Points held at the time of application. If you apply as part of a group transaction with other Fox Members, your application will be prioritised based on the lowest Home Priority Points total within the group.
