The Three Lions finished top of Group 4 to book a semi-final clash with the Netherlands in Guimaraes on Thursday 6 June, before they contest a second fixture three days later.
Academy graduate Chilwell has made six appearances for his nation after making his senior debut at King Power Stadium against Switzerland in September.
Harry Maguire has played 18 times for England since making his debut in 2017.
Maguire, one of England’s stars at the 2018 FIFA World Cup last summer, has been capped 18 times for the Three Lions, scoring once in the process.
A final 23-man squad for the tournament will be confirmed before they head to Portugal.
