- Pre-match light show to take place ahead of Aston Villa fixture
- Supporters asked to be in their seats by 7:45pm
- Light show took place for the first time on Boxing Day
- Commemorative flags will also be given out to home supporters
Ahead of the players’ arrival, a combination of lights, music and on-screen visuals will form part of the show, which was seen for the first time as the Foxes took on Liverpool on Boxing Day.
The introduction of the new lighting system is the latest in a series of upgrades installed at King Power Stadium that aim to further enhance the matchday experience of Foxes fans in attendance.
The Foxes take on Villa in the first leg of the semi-final at 8pm on Wednesday 8 January, so supporters are kindly asked to be in their seats by 7:45pm to experience the full spectacle, as the lights, big screens and LED boards combine to make it an extra-special atmosphere inside King Power Stadium.
PLEASE NOTE: The pre-match entertainment will contain flashing lights and will last until the players line up for kick-off. Any supporters who suffer from light sensitivity may wish to consider leaving the stadium bowl during the show.
To mark the occasion, special commemorative flags will also be left on the seats for all home supporters arriving at the fixture.
