Chances were few and far between on Filbert Way as the Foxes and Villa nullified one another in the Premier League. However, Justin was pleased to leave the encounter with a shutout ahead of what promises to be a pivotal clash against Roma in the UEFA Europa Conference League on Thursday.

City will tackle the Italian giants over two legs, the first at home, for a place in the final of the inaugural European competition. The former Luton Town full-back believes elements of the performance against Steven Gerrard's men, on a blustery afternoon, can give them confidence in that tie.

"It was here, there and everywhere, the wind," Leicester's No.2 told LCFC TV. "You couldn't predict it, it was swirling, but it's something you've got to live with as a footballer. I thought we dealt with it okay. In the end, it was probably a fair result.

Justin: A Fair Result In The End

James Justin provides his full-time assessment on Leicester City's 0-0 draw with Aston Villa at King Power Stadium on Saturday.

"Neither side didn't really have too many chances and it was a bit of a draught in either box, so a draw's a fair result in the end I think. We felt like we didn't do enough to nick the result and it's something we've got to look at over the next few days and get right for the big one."

Finding an extra spark in attacking areas is now the priority for the Foxes, Justin says, as they look to write more history on the European stage.

"We were happy, obviously, that we didn't ship any late goals, but also, about the energy, we've played a lot of games recently and we're missing that spark in the final third," he added. "We're happy with a clean sheet going into Thursday. It was a draught in either box, as I say.

"There wasn't much for either 'keeper to do. We'll look back on it and see what we can do to maybe add that extra spark, but we're glad to get the clean sheet and we'll take it into Roma."
