2022/23 Season Tickets: Ticket Resale Platform

How it works

Our Season Ticket Holders are among our most loyal fans, committing to being there at every home game throughout the season to support the team and be part of the Leicester City experience. However, we appreciate that, over the course of a season, there will be occasions where other commitments mean you’ll be following the Foxes from elsewhere and cannot be at King Power Stadium.

For those occasions, you’ll now be able to make your seat available via our Ticket Resale platform. If a Fox Member or other supporter purchases your seat for the game, you’ll receive 1/19th of the cost of the Season Ticket back.

Who can sell tickets via the Ticket Resale platform?

The Ticket Resale platform is open to Season Ticket Holders in general admission areas only. Executive Box, Seasonal Hospitality, First Floor or Fosse Club Premium tickets are not eligible to be resold.

Who can buy tickets from the Ticket Resale platform?

Access to purchase tickets from the Ticket Resale platform will reflect access to match-by-match ticket sales when resales become active. For example, should the Ticket Resale platform open for sales when match-by-match tickets are only on-sale to Fox Members, Fox Members will also have exclusive access to tickets available on Ticket Resale.

How many times a season can I sell my ticket?

You can resell your Season Ticket up to three times per season, but you can make it available for resale as many times as you like until you have resold it for a third time.

What if I change my mind and want the ticket back?

If you’ve put your Season Ticket up for resale, you can remove it any time as long as it hasn’t yet been sold. If the ticket has already been sold, you will be unable to claim it back for that game, but you can purchase another ticket through the resale platform if they are on sale to Season Ticket Holders.

What if nobody buys my ticket? Do I still get my 1/19th back?

No. Your ticket must be purchased by another supporter for you to receive your 1/19th.

Does my 1/19th come as a credit, or do I get the money back?

When making your seat available on the Ticket Resale platform, you will be asked to securely enter the account details (sort code, account number and account name) of the bank account into which you would like your refund to be paid. Your refund will not be paid via the original means of payment you used to purchase your Season Ticket.

When can I put my ticket up for sale?

Supporters can make their Season Tickets available for resale as soon as the date of the relevant fixture is confirmed (normally once broadcast selections for that match round have been made). The platform will open for sales at least seven days before the relevant matchday. For some games during the season, sales may begin sooner depending on demand for tickets for that game. This information will be communicated to supporters throughout the season as fixtures dates are confirmed.
