Important Update: Aston Villa Tickets
- Aston Villa fixture rescheduled for Tuesday 4 April at King Power Stadium
- The original date for the Premier League fixture was September 2022
- Match tickets are to remain valid but a refund option is now available
All original match tickets purchased for the game will remain valid, however, if supporters are unable to attend the new date, there will be a one-week period to request a refund on those match tickets.
These refunds will be issued as a gift voucher, matching the price paid for the ticket plus the associated transaction fee. To request a refund, email the Club on email@example.com with your full order and supporter information. Season Ticket Holders who did not sell their seat on the resale platform remain unaffected and are not eligible to claim a refund.
Please be aware that this is a one-off scenario for an exceptional circumstance and is not part of the standard terms and conditions for rearranged games.
We have taken the decision to offer refunds to match ticket purchasers after taking into consideration the circumstances around the postponement of the original fixture at short notice in September, as well as the unusually long period of time until arrangements for the rescheduled match were confirmed.
Please note that if an individual who purchased a match ticket on the resale platform requests a refund during this window, the Season Ticket Holder who sold the seat will have the option to either attend the match as normal by cancelling their resale request or leaving their seat available for resale.
Any Season Ticket Holders who sold their seats on the resale platform prior to the postponement, and whose seats remain sold following the refund window, will be given an exclusive purchasing window to allow them to buy a match ticket for an alternative seat if they now wish to attend the match.

A one-week window for match ticket purchasers to request a refund opens, closing at 5pm on Monday 20 March.
|Tuesday 21 March||From 9am, all Season Ticket Holders whose seats sold on the resale platform will be eligible to purchase a ticket at match ticket pricing for 48 hours.|
|Thursday 23 March||From 9am online and by phone, Fox Members will be eligible to purchase any available seats for the fixture.|
|Friday 24 March||From 9am online and by phone, Season Ticket Holders will be eligible to purchase any further available seats for the fixture.|

I have placed my seat up for resale on the resale platform, can I use my Season Ticket as normal?
If your seat is sold, you will not be able to use your Season Ticket as normal. You will be able to purchase a ticket from 9am on Tuesday 21 March where you will be given a 48-hour window to purchase any available seats.
My seat is up for resale but can I cancel the request and how do I do this?
If your seat hasn’t been sold, you can cancel the resale request by clicking here and following the steps or by calling the Sales Centre on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1)
I am unable to attend the rescheduled game, can I place my seat up for resale?
Yes, Season Ticket Holders can place their seat up for resale from Monday 13 March at 9am. For information on how to place your seat up for resale, please click here.
I have purchased a match ticket and can no longer attend the rearranged fixture, can I get a refund?
Yes, if supporters are unable to attend the new date, there will be a one-week period for supporters to request a refund on those match tickets from 9am on Monday 13 March until 5pm on Monday 20 March. These will be issued as a gift voucher, meaning you will get back the price of the ticket and fee that you paid. To request a refund, simply contact the Club on firstname.lastname@example.org with your full order and supporter information.
I have downloaded the mobile ticket for the original fixture, how do I update the pass?
You can use the same pass with the original date to enter the stadium.
Supporters on Apple devices can update the pass to the correct date by clicking the three dots in the right-hand corner, press on the miniature pass and drag the screen all the way down.
Will I receive a new ticket for the new date?
No, you will be able to download the ticket from the original email that you receive when purchasing the tickets.
