An established Canadian international, the 24-year-old arrives at King Power Stadium on a free transfer, having made 75 appearances for her country on the world stage – most recently at the FIFA 2023 Women’s World Cup in Australia and New Zealand.

Creating history for the Canucks, she was an integral member of the Canadian national team that won a gold medal in the 2020 Tokyo Olympic games - the first Canadian football team to win the competition in 117 years.

Speaking to LCFC.com, Rose said: "This league is the best in the world and I'm excited to be a part of it. This is a historic Club, and the team is growing and building for the future.

"At this point of my career, it’s important to be somewhere where we can build upwards. I want to get better as a player and as a person, and this is the place to do that. I want to get on the scoreboard as much as possible and have an impact for the team."

She began her career in the United States with Florida Gators, while studying at the University of Florida, before spending time with the DeRo United Futbol Academy in Canada’s Ontario League 1.

Following a brief spell back home in Canada, she joined Reading in the Barclays Women’s Super League in 2021 and went on to make 24 appearances for the Royals in the top flight of English football.

The winger joins the Club with a reputation as a direct and exciting forward player and adds valuable experience as the Football Club continues to enhance the playing squad ahead of the new season.

Rose, who has been assigned the No.7 shirt, will now link up with her new team-mates at Belvoir Drive as preparations continue for a third consecutive season in the Barclays Women's Super League.
