Over the weekend, several Foxes were involved on international duty including Rose, while CJ Bott and Emilia Pelgander saw friendly victories and young forward Ava Baker was introduced late on in the England Under-19s win over Portugal in an UEFA Women's U19 EURO Qualifier.

Canadian forward Rose was named in the starting line-up to face the Brazilians in Atlanta and played just over an hour of football before Vanessa Gilles scored the equaliser to make it 1-1 at the end of the 90 minutes.

The North American side went on to win 4-2 on penalties in Georgia, and will now face USA in the final on Wednesday, when the two sides meet in Colombus, Ohio, at Lower.com Field for the shot at silverware.

New Zealand met Thailand at the weekend in friendly action and City's No.4 played the full game, as Katie Kitching scored twice to round off a 4-0 win at Orangetheory Stadium. The two sides then met once more on Tuesday morning, Bott playing the full game, as it ended goalless.

The England Under-19s carried on their impressive form with two wins from two in their first EURO Qualifiers. Failing to come off the bench in a 2-0 win over Switzerland, Baker replaced Mia Enderby in the final 10 minutes at Cidade Do Futebol where a first half strike from Michelle Agyemang was enough to separate the sides.

The last Fox on the international stage was Pelgander, who started in a back-and-forth win for Sweden Under-23s against Norway. Emma Ostlund and Monica Jusu Bah turned around a 1-0 deficit, before a 57th minute goal from Emma Pennsater confirmed victory after being pegged back once more.

Although not able to see out Monday's win on the field, the midfielder was named in both starting line-ups for Sweden's youngsters and gained valuable minutes before returning back to Belvoir Drive, where preparations continue for an Adobe Women's FA Cup Semi-Final against Tottenham Hotspur.
