Claude Puel has confirmed that Çağlar Söyüncü’s transfer to Leicester City is now complete following the granting of his work permit.

- Söyüncü has made 15 international appearances for Turkey
The Foxes announced on deadline day that an agreement has been reached with SC Freiburg for the transfer of the Turkish international defender.
Ahead of Saturday’s clash with Wolverhampton Wanderers, the City boss also provided an update on the status of Söyüncü’s fitness.
“[Çağlar] Söyüncü is official,” Puel told the media. “He is a Leicester City player and we are happy to wish him a good welcome.
“He will arrive in the evening today (Thursday). He will not be match fit for this game. After a little injury, he will come back into the training session.
“Step-by-step, we will see when he can be available.”
