With the help of more than 200 generous members of the public, as well as LCFC staff, the thousands of tributes were moved from outside the front of the stadium this morning.

Floral tributes have been relocated to a designated area close to the accident site, in Car Park E, along with some of the t-shirts and scarves, which have also been used to create a pitch-side display for the Burnley game.

Longer term, material tributes will be collected, preserved and appropriately stored, as it is the Club’s intention to incorporate such artefacts into the planned redevelopment and expansion of King Power Stadium.

The marquee housing the book of condolence, which has received thousands of entries since opening, has also been moved to Car Park E.

It will be based there on matchdays and in the Foxes Fanstore on non-matchdays for the foreseeable future.

The Club would once again like to thank everyone for their overwhelming support and understanding in recent weeks.

Supporters travelling to Leicester City's Premier League fixture against Burnley tomorrow are being reminded to allow additional time for their journey.
