The Foxes have already faced Carlo Ancelotti’s men this term, having slipped to a narrow defeat in December at King Power Stadium following goals from Richarlison and Mason Holgate.
However, since then, City have gone on an unbeaten run of eight games without defeat in all competitions, beating Tottenham Hotspur, Southampton and Chelsea along the way.
Facing a Toffees side that also enjoyed a win in the Emirates FA Cup over the weekend, the current Leicester squad have fond memories of taking on the Merseyside outfit last campaign.

Brendan Rodgers’ men had recorded six-straight wins in all competitions heading into a Sunday showdown with Everton at King Power Stadium in December 2019.
That run had included a record-breaking 9-0 Premier League win away to Southampton, as well as a fine 2-0 triumph over Arsenal on Filbert Way.
Visiting King Power Stadium, meanwhile, were an Everton side struggling for form under former Watford manager Marco Silva, but had won their most recent away game against Southampton.
Both sides traded early blows shortly after kick-off, with on-loan full-back Djibril Sidibé driving over and Ayoze Pérez having a strike saved by Jordan Pickford, before the Spaniard also fired wide.
However, an even start to the game soon swung in the visiting side’s favour when Sidibé this time turned provider to set up Richarlison, who headed home to give his outfit a 1-0 lead.
VAR was called into action just after the half-hour mark, when it reviewed a Holgate challenge on Ben Chilwell in the box, which initially led to a penalty, but the decision was then overruled and City were denied a chance to level matters before the interval.
The hosts began the second period with real intent, though, with Ricardo Pereira – who scored his first Premier League goal against the Toffees – forcing Pickford into a good stop, before Kelechi Iheanacho was introduced on 62 minutes. More on him shortly.
That proved to be a turning point in the match, as the Nigeria international frontman set up Jamie Vardy to score for a sixth-straight Premier League game.
All to play for, Pickford then saved from James Maddison, while Kasper Schmeichel held onto a Moise Kean effort with only five minutes of normal time to play.
The encounter looked destined to finish level, but then up stepped Iheanacho, who sliced through Everton’s defence and picked out the bottom corner with a lovely finish… but the assistant referee’s flag was up.
He thought he’d won it, as he slid away in celebration, before seeing the raised flag, which signalled that the striker was in an offside position.
Then came the VAR check, and after a short pause, the referee pointed to the centre circle as Iheanacho’s late winner was confirmed.
The Blue Army rejoiced, the entire City squad embraced each other, and Leicester’s brilliant winning run continued thanks to Iheanacho’s 94th-minute strike.
