Benalouane Set For Russia 2018 With Tunisia

Defender Yohan Benalouane is the latest Leicester City player to be confirmed as part of the FIFA World Cup cast list after being named in Tunisia's 23-man squad on Saturday.

The 31-year-old made his debut for Nabil Maâloul's men earlier this year and could now play against Foxes team-mates Jamie Vardy and Harry Maguire in Group G on Monday 18 June.

Overall, Benalouane appeared on time occasions for City during the 2017/18 campaign while he has also earned three caps for Tunisia during his fledgling international career.

Earlier this week, Shinji Okazaki has named in Japan's 23-man squad after making his 112th appearance for his country in a 2-0 friendly defeat by Ghana on Wednesday.
