Fan Engagement

The Fan Advisory Board and the FCC Working Groups are the latest steps in a series of commitments aimed to improve the way we engage with our supporters.

Our 2026/2027 Fan Engagement Plan provides a variety of opportunities for fans to engage with us so we can use fan consultation to support decision making on matters that directly affect fans experiences.

This is summarised in the Fan Engagement Framework below:

Latest Fan Engagement Discussions and Outcomes

Supporter feedback plays an important role in helping shape decisions across the Club.

Through our Fan Engagement Framework, we regularly meet with supporter representatives and engage with fans to discuss the issues that matter to them.

Below is a snapshot of the key discussions and outcomes from our most recent Fan Advisory Board (FAB) meeting, highlighting how supporter feedback is being considered, the progress being made and the next steps.

We will continue to update this section following meetings of the FAB, FCC Working Group and Your 90 Minutes, making it easier for supporters to see what has been discussed and what happens next.

Fan Advisory Board (FAB)

The FAB is made up of six fan representatives and four Club representatives, meeting four times a year to discuss key strategic issues that affect fans.

FCC Working Groups

The FAB is supported by the FCC Working Group, which focuses on three key areas - LCFC Culture, Matchday Experience and Ticketing and Products, helping the FAB to hear feedback from more fans and Supporter Groups.
