PROGRESS TO DATE
Over the past three seasons, we’ve gradually introduced Digital Tickets to matchdays at King Power Stadium, and that will continue again in 2025/26, with all Season Tickets to be issued in this format. Although physical Season Ticket cards for our Men’s First Team fixtures will no longer be available by default, Under-16s, Over-65s and supporters with registered disabilities will be among those eligible to apply for exemption.
PREMIER LEAGUE REGULATORY STANDARDS
The Premier League confirmed at the start of the 2024/25 season that all clubs are required to make at least 70 percent of home tickets digital – ahead of a fully digital rollout by 2026/27. In addition, clubs must ensure that all away tickets are, by default, made available to visiting teams as Digital Tickets, as detailed in the Premier League’s own 2024/25 Handbook (rules R.17 and R.18). This change aims to make the sale, transfer and use of tickets more efficient and more secure for supporters and clubs. We’re committed to adhering to these standards and the protection they offer to our supporters, irrespective of divisional status.
