We want you to be here for every home game at King Power Stadium - but we know you can’t always make every game.
That is why a range of features and benefits remains available to eligible Season Ticket Holders for the 2026/27 campaign, including Season Ticket Forwarding and the Club’s Official Season Ticket Resale Platform. Between them, these options provide added flexibility when it is needed, helping to ensure seats can still be used when the original holder is unable to attend. Season Ticket Holders may forward and/or resell their seat in any combination for a combined total of up to 10 matches across the season, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.
Supporters should always use the Club’s official platforms when making use of either service. Any attempt to sell, transfer or otherwise dispose of a Season Ticket outside the Club’s authorised channels may result in the Season Ticket being withdrawn without reimbursement.
SEASON TICKET FORWARDING
Season Ticket Forwarding allows eligible Season Ticket Holders to pass their seat on for an individual match to an eligible guest when they are unable to attend. This can only be done through the Club’s Official Season Ticket Forwarding platform or, where required, through the City Sales Centre. A forwarded Season Ticket must be sent to a linked friend or relative who supports Leicester City, is entitled to attend under the relevant terms and conditions, and does not already hold a ticket for that match. Forwarding must not involve any payment or benefit and can’t be used for commercial purposes.
If the relevant Season Ticket is a concessionary ticket and is being forwarded to a guest who is not entitled to the same concession, an upgrade price may apply before the forward can be completed. Where a Season Ticket has been successfully forwarded, the original ticket will be deactivated for that fixture and the guest will receive their own digital ticket by email. Only the ticket for entry is forwarded; any other Season Ticket benefits remain with the original Season Ticket Holder – so supporters receiving the forwarded ticket will not be entitled to receive a Home Priority Point.
How to forward your Season Ticket
  1. Sign in to your Leicester City ticketing account.
  2. Go to the Tickets section.
  3. Select the relevant fixture.
  4. Choose Forward Ticket and select the linked contact you wish to send it to.
  5. Complete the process, including any required upgrade payment where applicable.
Important forwarding information
  • A Season Ticket can only be forwarded to an eligible guest linked to the holder’s account.
  • The forwarding process must be completed at least four hours before kick-off. Season Tickets cannot be forwarded at the Matchday Ticket Office.
  • If a supporter does not have an online account, they should contact the City Sales Centre.
  • Family Area Season Tickets and Season Tickets issued to Under-18s elsewhere in the stadium cannot currently be forwarded online. Supporters with those tickets should contact the City Sales Centre so the correct ratio of adults to juniors and any relevant upgrade process can be managed properly.
  • Supporters with a disability who have a personal assistant ticket and wish to forward their Season Ticket should also contact ticketsinfo@lcfc.co.uk, as separate arrangements apply.
OFFICIAL SEASON TICKET RESALE PLATFORM
Our Official Season Ticket Resale Platform gives eligible Season Ticket Holders the option to make their seat available for resale when they are unable to attend a match.
Where a Season Ticket is successfully resold, the original holder’s ticket will be deactivated for that fixture and a pro rata refund will be paid in line with the applicable terms and conditions. In the EFL, that refund is equal to 1/23rd of the original Season Ticket price for the relevant match and will be paid to the supporter’s nominated UK bank account. We will use reasonable endeavours to process the payment within 30 days of the fixture.
Season Ticket Holders may usually list their seat for resale once a fixture’s date and kick-off time have been confirmed and, in any event, at least seven days before the match, unless otherwise notified by the Club. If a ticket is listed for resale and then successfully de-listed before it has been sold, the original holder may continue to use that seat for the match. Once a ticket has been successfully resold, however, it cannot be reactivated for the original holder for that fixture.
How to list your ticket for resale
  1. Sign in to your Leicester City ticketing account.
  2. Go to the Tickets section.
  3. Select the relevant fixture.
  4. Choose the option to list the seat for resale.
  5. Check and confirm your nominated UK bank account details before submitting the listing.
Important resale information
  • Only eligible Season Ticket Holders can use Season Ticket Resale. In general, this applies to general admission Season Ticket Holders, subject to the relevant terms and exclusions.
  • Supporters with an outstanding Direct Debit balance, those subject to an active Club sanction or suspension, personal assistants of supporters with a disability, and seasonal hospitality or executive box customers are not eligible to use the platform.
  • If a supporter with a disability has a personal assistant ticket, both tickets must be listed together for resale. As this cannot currently be done online, affected supporters should contact ticketsinfo@lcfc.co.uk.
  • It is the responsibility of the Season Ticket Holder to ensure their bank details are correct when listing a ticket. The Club cannot accept liability where incorrect details have been supplied.
  • Supporters are encouraged to check their online account regularly after listing a ticket, as the Club cannot guarantee separate notification before a resale is completed, other than confirmation once any refund has been processed.
WHO CAN USE THESE SERVICES?
Ticket Forwarding and the Official Season Ticket Resale Platform are available only to eligible Season Ticket Holders and only for eligible matches, in accordance with the Club’s terms and conditions.
In broad terms:
  • Season Ticket Forwarding is for supporters who want to pass their seat to a linked friend or family member for one match.
  • Season Ticket Resale is for supporters who want to make their seat available through the Club’s official resale channel and, if it sells, receive a pro rata refund.
Across the 2026/27 season, supporters may forward and/or resell their seat in any combination for a combined total of up to 10 matches.

SEASON TICKET FAQS

SEASON TICKET FAQS

When Can I Renew My Season Ticket?

If you had a Season Ticket for 2025/26, you’ll be able to renew from 10am on Tuesday 31 March. The window stays open until 5pm on 20 April, so there’s plenty of time to secure your seat.

I Paid By Direct Debit Last Season – Will My Season Ticket Auto-Renew?

Yes – if you paid by Direct Debit in 2025/26, your Season Ticket will renew automatically before the deadline.

If you're in the Family Area, your renewal will also go through automatically for 2026/27 – unless you no longer meet the Family Area criteria, we’ll then look at other options with you.

Just a heads-up, if there’s an outstanding balance on your 2025/26 Season Ticket, it won’t auto-renew.

Can I Relocate To Another Area Of The Stadium For The 2026/27 Season?

No problem – if you're looking to switch seats next season, we can help with that. Just make sure you renew your Season Ticket during the renewal window then, during the relocation window contact the City Sales Centre Team on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) to get things moving.

Here’s When You Can Relocate:

From 9am on Monday 27 April, supporters who have renewed their Season Tickets (by 20 April at 5pm) will be able to relocate to a different area of the stadium.

Please call the sales team on 0344 815 5000 option 1, the opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Helping Someone Else Switch Seats? If you’re sorting a relocation for another Season Ticket Holder aged 18 or over, we’ll need an email from each person giving the go-ahead. Just send it to ticketsinfo@lcfc.co.uk before making the change.

Full Name:
Full Postal Address:

Just so you know – relocations cost £5 per Season Ticket Holder.

What If I Miss The Deadline?

If you don’t renew by 5pm on Monday 20 April, 2026, we can't guarantee you'll have a Season Ticket for 2026/27. After 20 April, available seats will be released to potential new purchasers. You'd still potentially be able to buy a Season Ticket, but you wouldn't be guaranteed your existing seat or your renewal price, or that they won't sell out.

I Sit In The Family Area, But My Child Is Now 18 – What Happens Next?

To stay in the Family Area, there must be at least one under-18 in your group – with no more than two adults per Junior.

If you no longer meet that criteria, the Sales Centre Team will be happy to help you find another seat elsewhere in the stadium during the renewal window.

Just give us a call on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) and we’ll talk you through your options.
