Born in Tägertschi, Switzerland, Alisha began her senior career with Swiss Women’s Super League side BSC Young Boys Frauen in 2016, spending three seasons in the Swiss top flight before securing a move to the WSL with West Ham United.
In her debut season in English football, Alisha played a key role in helping West Ham to a historic Adobe Women’s FA Cup Final and would go on to cement her place as a regular for the Irons over the following two seasons.
A one-year loan spell with Everton followed in 2020/21, before the Swiss international moved to West Midlands side Aston Villa. Across three seasons at Villa Park, she made 75 league appearances and scored 14 goals in claret and blue.
Alisha’s next chapter saw her return to Europe with Juventus in 2024, where she was part of a squad that secured a Serie A title and a Coppa Italia double, before spending a further season in Italy with FC Como, taking her over 250 senior appearances.
On the international stage, Alisha has earned 64 caps for Switzerland since making her senior debut 2017, aged just 17.
