The centre-forward agreed a three-year contract in the summer of 2026, signing from WSL champions Manchester City. A product of the Durham academy, Poppy broke into the senior team aged 17 and had loan spells with Crystal Palace, Newcastle United and Celtic, where she made 15 appearances in the Scottish Women’s Premier League, before making the switch to the Foxes.
