A product of the Durham academy, Poppy broke into the Wildcats senior team aged 17 and would make 21 appearances in WSL2 before earning a move to Manchester City January 2024.
Developmental loan spells with Crystal Palace and Newcastle United followed before she returned to Durham for the first half of the 2025/26 season; making 15 appearances in five months.
The England youth international made the move to Leicestershire in the summer, off the back of 14 additional appearances across the second half of 2025/26 with Celtic in the SWPL.
