Gray became a Premier League champion in his debut season with the Club and then made his UEFA Champions League bow against Club Brugge in September 2016, before netting his first goal for the Club against Manchester United at Old Trafford 10 days later.
His first full season with Leicester saw him make 44 appearances in all competitions, scoring four times, including a fine solo effort against Sheffield United in the Carabao Cup and a superb strike at Newcastle United in the Premier League.
Demarai added another fine goal to his Foxes tally in a 2-1 win at Southampton early in 2018/19, before further strikes against Wolverhampton Wanderers and Brighton & Hove Albion.
In November 2018, Gray netted City's only goal in their 1-0 win away at Cardiff City - the Club's first game following the passing of beloved Chairman Vichai Srivaddhanaprabha.
Gray showed his goalscoring ability once again in December 2019, grabbing the winner in a 2-1 Premier League victory at West Ham United.
At Birmingham since the age of 10, Gray rose through the ranks at the Blues before making his professional debut for the club as a substitute against Millwall in October 2013.
He scored his first goal for the Championship outfit against Blackburn Rovers in April 2014 and Gray’s stock continued to rise during the 2014/15 campaign, as his pace, technique and eye for goal strengthened his reputation as a future star.
He played 43 times, netting six goals including a hat-trick against Reading in December 2014, and was named Birmingham’s Young Player of the Season.
Gray made 78 professional appearances, including 51 starts in the Football League – before adding another 12 across the final five months of the 2015/16 season.
Demarai has been capped across four youth levels for England – Under-18s, Under-19s, Under-20s and Under-21s.
He was named in Gareth Southgate's senior squad for the first time in September 2018, before returning to Under-21s duty two months later, scoring against Denmark.
Gray also netted in defeat to Romania at the UEFA U21 European Championships the following summer, while also featuring against France and Croatia.
