After graduating from the Cardiff City Ladies youth system in 2019, Jones made her FA Women's National League South debut for the Bluebirds aged 15. That season, the youngster would go on to make nine more appearances, scoring three goals.
On the international stage, the Newtown native’s rapid development didn’t go unnoticed, with the youngster earning her first competitive Wales cap in August, 2019 at the age of just 15 and has gone on to make a several more appearances.
The following summer, Jones moved to the Barclays Women’s Super League with Manchester United. The midfielder's league debut for the Red Devils in March, 2021 saw her replace Jess Sigsworth late on in a 3–0 WSL victory over Aston Villa.
The talented youngster has made 10 appearances for the Manchester outfit across two seasons, five of which have come in league competition.
For LCFC Women, Jones was handed her debut on the opening day of the 2022/23 season, a narrow defeat to Tottenham Hotspur at King Power Stadium.
