This commitment is upheld by all staff, who have a duty of care towards individuals they interact with as part of their role. All staff members are required to adhere to the Club’s Safeguarding Policy at all times.
While safeguarding is a shared responsibility, the Club has a dedicated Safeguarding Team in place to provide guidance and lead the response to any safeguarding concerns.
If you have a concern regarding how a safeguarding matter has been handled by the Safeguarding Team, the HR Director, who has responsibility for the Club Safeguarding Team, will be informed to ensure the issue is taken seriously and addressed appropriately at the highest level within the organisation. The HR Director will oversee the investigation and ensure that all necessary steps are taken to resolve the matter.
