This will help ensure they receive the latest Season Ticket information, important account updates and relevant Club communications throughout the 2026/27 season.
Keeping details up to date will also help supporters hear about other relevant Club news, offers and benefits that may become available across the campaign.
WHAT SHOULD SUPPORTERS CHECK?
Before renewals open, supporters are encouraged to check:

  • postal address
  • marketing and communication preferences
  • any other important account details linked to their Leicester City profile

When Can I Renew My Season Ticket?

If you had a Season Ticket for 2025/26, you’ll be able to renew from 10am on Tuesday 31 March. The window stays open until 5pm on 20 April, so there’s plenty of time to secure your seat.


I Paid By Direct Debit Last Season – Will My Season Ticket Auto-Renew?

Yes – if you paid by Direct Debit in 2025/26, your Season Ticket will renew automatically before the deadline.

If you're in the Family Area, your renewal will also go through automatically for 2026/27 – unless you no longer meet the Family Area criteria, we’ll then look at other options with you.

Just a heads-up, if there’s an outstanding balance on your 2025/26 Season Ticket, it won’t auto-renew.


Can I Relocate To Another Area Of The Stadium For The 2026/27 Season?

No problem – if you're looking to switch seats next season, we can help with that. Just make sure you renew your Season Ticket during the renewal window then, during the relocation window contact the City Sales Centre Team on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) to get things moving.

Here’s When You Can Relocate:

From 9am on Monday 27 April, supporters who have renewed their Season Tickets (by 20 April at 5pm) will be able to relocate to a different area of the stadium.

Please call the sales team on 0344 815 5000 option 1, the opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Helping Someone Else Switch Seats? If you’re sorting a relocation for another Season Ticket Holder aged 18 or over, we’ll need an email from each person giving the go-ahead. Just send it to ticketsinfo@lcfc.co.uk before making the change.

Just so you know – relocations cost £5 per Season Ticket Holder.


What If I Miss The Deadline?

If you don’t renew by 5pm on Monday 20 April, 2026, we can't guarantee you'll have a Season Ticket for 2026/27. After 20 April, available seats will be released to potential new purchasers. You'd still potentially be able to buy a Season Ticket, but you wouldn't be guaranteed your existing seat or your renewal price, or that they won't sell out.


I Sit In The Family Area, But My Child Is Now 18 – What Happens Next?

To stay in the Family Area, there must be at least one under-18 in your group – with no more than two adults per Junior.

If you no longer meet that criteria, the Sales Centre Team will be happy to help you find another seat elsewhere in the stadium during the renewal window.
