1. When Can I Buy My Season Ticket?

You can buy a 2026/27 Season Ticket from 9am on Thursday 7 May.

2. I Turn 60 This Year – Does That Mean I Get A Senior Concession?

Senior Concessions are available to supporters aged 65 or over, based on your age as of 1 September each season.

Just so you’re aware, concession pricing isn’t available in Premium Experience areas or within the West Stand First Floor Premium section.

3. Do I Still Need To Choose Between A Season Card Or Mobile Ticket?

For the 2026/27 season, Mobile Season Tickets will be the default option for all Season Ticket Holders.

However, if you fall into one of the following groups, you’ll be eligible to apply for a Season Card:

Supporters with a Disability
Seniors 65+
Under-16s
Under-14s
Under-12s
Under-8s

If you're eligible, and you had a Season Card last season with the same seat and age band and you want to retain it, you just need to reapply and your existing card will be updated ahead of the new season – you won’t receive a new one. If you want to switch to a Digital Season Ticket, just don't reapply for exemption and we'll issue a Digital Season Ticket as standard.

4. What If I Lose Or Damage My Season Card?

We know things happen – but unfortunately we can’t reissue cards free of charge. If your Season Card gets lost or damaged and can’t be used, there’ll be a £10 fee to replace it, but you will need to reapply for it by calling the Sales Centre Team on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1).

5. What If I Forget My Season Card On Matchday?

If you forget your Season Card, don’t worry – you can get a replacement match ticket by showing photo ID at the ground. There’s a £5 non-refundable charge, and this option can be used up to three times per season. Just so you know, your Season Card will be deactivated for that game.

6. How Can I Pay For My Season Ticket?

It’s great to hear you’re thinking about joining us for our next chapter – we’d be delighted to have you with us on matchdays for 2026/27. There are a couple of easy ways to pay for your Season Ticket: • Direct Debit – spread the cost over up to 12 months • Credit or Debit Card – pay in full when you renew If you go with a 12 month Direct Debit, you will need to purchase your Season Ticket by 5pm on Friday 15 May and your first payment will be taken on Monday 1 June 2026. For an 11 month Direct Debit you will need to have purchased your Season Ticket by 5pm on Friday 12 June and your first payment will be taken on 1 July and for a 10 month Direct Debit you will need to have purchased your Season Ticket by 5pm on Tuesday 14 July with your first payment taken on 3 August. In all cases, you final Direct Debit payment will be taken on Monday 3 May 2027. There are no extra fees, unless a payment is missed – in that case, a £15 charge will apply.

7. Can I Join The Direct Debit Scheme?

If you’re aged 18 or over and have a UK bank account, you’re all set to spread the cost of your 2026/27 Season Ticket with our Direct Debit scheme – it’s a simple way to stay part of the action, month by month.*

That said, if you missed more than three payments during the 2025/26 season, you won’t be able to renew through Direct Debit this time around.

As always, the scheme’s terms apply and we reserve the right to review applications individually.

*Please note: Hospitality purchases and Car Parking aren’t eligible for Direct Debit.

8. Can I Change The Ownership Of My Season Ticket?

We understand circumstances can change – but Season Tickets are non-transferable, so they can’t be moved into someone else’s name.

Remember you can still transfer or resell your Season Ticket up to 10 times per season. If you’re unsure or want to chat through your options, the Sales Centre Team are always happy to help.

9. What Happens If A Season Ticket Holder Passes Away?

We’re truly sorry if you’re reading this after losing someone close. We know it’s not just a seat that’s been left behind – it’s a part of their matchday, their routine, and often their life with others - they are part of the Leicester City family.

If a Season Ticket Holder passes away, the ticket may be transferred to an immediate family member, as long as the Club is notified within three months. While priority points can’t be transferred, we’ll do everything we can to support you through what we know is a difficult time.

To help us with the process, we’ll need:

  • A copy of the Season Ticket Holder’s death certificate
  • A copy of a will confirming the identity of the executor
  • A letter from the executor of the will confirming who the ticket can go to
  • Proof of ID and address for the family member taking on the ticket

If the concession no longer applies, an upgrade fee might be required. Any refunds will be looked at on a case-by-case basis.

The Season Ticket shouldn’t be used until this process is complete – but when you’re ready, our Sales Centre Team will be here to help you every step of the way.

10. I Have A Concession Season Ticket – Can I Upgrade It To An Adult Ticket For A Match I Can’t Attend?

We know plans change and you might not be able to make every game. While the old upgrade option is no longer in place, you can now pass your seat on using our Official Season Ticket Forwarding platform.

It’s a simple way to make sure your spot doesn’t go to waste – and another supporter gets the chance to be part of the matchday.

To find out how it works, please Click Here.

11. If I Can’t Make A Game, Can I Sell My Ticket Back To The Club?

If you’re unable to attend, you’ll be able to place your ticket up for Season Ticket Resale and/or Season Ticket Forward for up to 10 home fixtures during the season.

It’s a great way to give another supporter the chance to experience the game.

12. I’m A Fox Member – Can I Upgrade To A Season Ticket?

We love that you’re ready to take the next step and you can purchase now. Season Tickets are once again capped for 2026/27, having sold out at 22,504 in 2025/26.

13. I’m Not A Season Ticket Holder – Can I Buy One For 2026/27?

We’d love to welcome more supporters into the stands and you can purchase now, but Season Tickets remain capped, having sold out at 22,504 for 2025/26.

14. Can I Purchase A Car Park Season Ticket?

Yes – Car Park Season Tickets are available to purchase now alongside your 2026/27 Season Ticket. Just so you know, Car Park Season Tickets can’t be paid for by Direct Debit, so they’ll need to be paid for in full.

15. If I’m Planning To Attend Every League Game, Should I Buy Match Tickets Instead?

If you’re with us all season, a Season Ticket is absolutely the way to go.

Not only does it guarantee your seat at every home league fixture at King Power Stadium – it also comes with our price promise. That means you’ll always get the best possible value: an equivalent seat in the same area won’t be sold cheaper on a match-by-match basis.

So if you’re all in for 2026/27, a Season Ticket’s got you covered – in every way.

16. How Do I Earn And Use Foxes Rewards As A Season Ticket Holder?

As a Season Ticket Holder, you’ll get 10 percent back in Foxes Rewards every time you shop in the Foxes Fanstore or at shop.lcfc.com.

So, if you spend £50, you’ll earn £5 in rewards to put towards your next purchase – simple as that. To redeem in-store, just show your Season Ticket at the till. If you’re shopping online, sign in to your LCFC.com account and apply your rewards at checkout.

To earn or redeem Foxes Rewards, please ensure you’re logged into your account if purchasing online, or scan your card if shopping in-store.

17. What Benefits Do I Get As A Season Ticket Holder?

Being a Season Ticket Holder isn’t just about your seat at King Power Stadium – it comes with a whole host of extras too, from Foxes Rewards to priority access and exclusive offers.

To see the full list of benefits for 2026/27, Click Here.

18. Who Can Use The Resale Platform?

If you can’t make a game, the Resale Platform is a great way to make sure your seat doesn’t go to waste.

It’s open to Season Ticket Holders, as long as you’re not in Seasonal Hospitality and don’t have an outstanding balance on your ticket.

Once your seat is listed and successfully sold, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund within 30 days of the match – paid directly to the account you’ve provided.

19. Who Can Use Ticket Forwarding?

All Season Ticket Holders can use Ticket Forwarding for eligible matches – with a few exceptions.

You won’t be able to use the platform if:

  • You have an outstanding Direct Debit balance
  • You’re currently banned from attending fixtures
  • You hold a Seasonal Hospitality or Executive Box ticket

Supporters with a disability (including those with a personal assistant ticket) and Family Area Season Ticket Holders can still use Ticket Forwarding, but will need to call the Sales Centre Team on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) to do so.

If you’re forwarding a ticket for a match where an Under-14 is attending, please make sure there’s a responsible adult (18+) in the party.

And just to note – you can only forward your own ticket.

20. What Is Season Ticket Forwarding & Ticket Resale?

Season Ticket Forwarding lets Season Ticket Holders pass their ticket on to a friend or family member – perfect for those games you can’t make.

You can use it up to 10 times per season (combination with Season Ticket Resale), as long as the person you're forwarding to has a linked ticketing account and doesn't already hold a ticket for that match.

It’s a great way to keep your seat in use and make sure another supporter gets the chance to be there.

Just a reminder – forwarding your ticket must always be done without any payment or reward, and Season Tickets can’t be advertised or promoted for forwarding in any way.

Season Ticket Resale allows Season Ticket Holder to place their seat up for resale to make sure your seat doesn’t go to waste.

Once your seat is listed and successfully sold, you’ll receive a pro-rata refund within 30 days of the match – paid directly to the account you’ve provided.

You can use it up to 10 times per season (combination with Season Ticket Forwarding).

21. Who Can I Forward My Season Ticket To?

You can forward your Season Ticket to a friend or family member, as long as they’re a supporter of Leicester City, their ticketing account is linked to yours and they’re eligible to attend the match in their own right.

22. Is There A Charge To Use Season Ticket Forwarding?

There’s no charge to use Season Ticket Forwarding – unless you’re forwarding a concession ticket to someone in a higher-priced age band. In that case, you’ll just need to pay the difference at the time of forwarding.

This can be done either online or by calling the Sales Centre Team on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1). If you're a supporter with a disability or hold a Family Area Season Ticket, you’ll need to call us to use Season Ticket Forwarding so we can make sure everything still meets the criteria.

So everything is clear, the original Season Ticket Holder won’t receive a refund, even if the ticket is forwarded to someone in a lower concession band.

23. How Do I Use Season Ticket Forwarding Online?

Forwarding your Season Ticket online is quick and simple – here’s how to do it:

1. Log into your ticketing account here.
2. Click 'Tickets' under your name in the top-right corner.
3. Select the match you want to forward, then click 'Forward Ticket'.
4. You’ll see your seat details – hit ‘Forward Ticket’ again.
5. Choose who you’re forwarding to from your Friends & Family list.
6. Select the correct price type. If there’s an upgrade needed, the cost will show.
7. The ticket will appear in your basket – check everything’s correct, then click proceed to checkout.
8. You’ll see a confirmation screen showing who the ticket is going to – if it’s right, click Next.
9. Accept the Terms and Conditions, then hit Submit.
10. That’s it – your Season Ticket will be deactivated for that game, and the person receiving the ticket will be emailed a mobile ticket directly.

It is important to note that:

  • Once forwarded, a ticket can’t be recalled within five hours of kick-off.
  • You can’t forward Season Tickets to:
    • Other Season Ticket Holders
    • Anyone with an outstanding balance
    • Supporters currently banned from the stadium
    • hospitality or executive box holders

If you’d prefer to do this over the phone – or if you hold a Family Area Season Ticket or are a supporter with a disability – just call the Sales Centre Team on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) and we’ll help you through it.

24. What’s The Deadline To Forward My Season Ticket?

If you can’t make it to a game, Season Ticket Forwarding is a great way to keep your seat in use and pass it on to someone else. Just make sure to do it at least four hours before kick-off.

After that point, forwarding won’t be available for that fixture – and it can’t be done in person at the Matchday Ticket Office, so it’s best to get it sorted online or over the phone ahead of time.

25. Can I Recall My Season Ticket Once It’s Been Forwarded?

Yes – if your plans change, you can recall your forwarded Season Ticket, but it must be done at least five hours before kick-off.

To do this, just give the Sales Centre Team a call on 0344 815 5000 (Option 1) and they’ll help you get your seat back. After that five-hour mark, tickets can no longer be recalled – so if you need to make a change, it’s best to act early.

26. What Happens If The Match Is Postponed, Re-Arranged Or Abandoned?

If a match is postponed or rearranged, any tickets that were forwarded will still be valid for the new date, and the Season Ticket will remain deactivated.

If you’d like to recall your ticket, just wait for the Club to confirm the process for the rearranged fixture – then contact the Sales Centre Team and they’ll guide you through the next steps.

For tickets sold through the resale platform, those seats will still be honoured for the new date. If your seat was sold and you’d still like to attend, you may have the option to buy a ticket elsewhere in the stadium, depending on availability.

If a resale ticket isn’t sold by the time of the rearranged match, the Club may cancel that resale listing – and the Season Ticket Holder will be notified.

27. Can I Bring A Child Under Two To King Power Stadium On A Matchday?

We love seeing families at King Power Stadium and know how important those first memories can be – but children under the age of two aren’t permitted inside the stadium on matchdays.

When they’re a little older, we’ll be ready to welcome them for what we hope will be the start of a lifetime of matchdays together.

28. I’m Under 14 – Can I Come To King Power Stadium On My Own?

We’re always excited to see young fans at King Power Stadium – but if you’re under 14, you’ll need to be accompanied by someone aged 18 or over on matchday.

It’s all about making sure everyone stays safe and enjoys the experience together.
