Make sure your group’s voice is part of the conversation. Registered Supporter Groups may be invited to take part in Club consultation and engagement opportunities, giving members the chance to share their views on issues that matter to them and contribute to LCFC’s wider Fan Engagement Framework.
The Supporter Group Network provides a structured framework for recognising and engaging with official Leicester City Supporter Groups across the world. These Terms of Engagement set out the principles, responsibilities, and benefits associated with becoming a recognised Supporter Group.
By joining the Network, groups agree to operate in line with the Club’s values and contribute positively to the wider supporter community.
Supporter Groups should be inclusive, respectful and welcoming, treating fellow supporters and Club representatives with courtesy. Discrimination, abuse and harassment will not be tolerated.
Each group must have a Lead Contact who acts as the main liaison with the Club. Contact details should be kept up to date and the Lead Contact will help ensure the group meets the Network’s Terms of Engagement.
We’ll review registered groups each year to keep the Network active, relevant and representative. This will include membership, activity, group structure and continued alignment with Club values.
We encourage groups to make a positive difference through charitable fundraising, community activity and initiatives that bring supporters together, while following Club branding guidelines.
Every Supporter Group is different. The Club will work with groups in a way that reflects their size, structure, activity and objectives, helping to provide relevant opportunities and support across the Network.
Registered groups are expected to follow the Supporter Group Network Terms of Engagement. The Club may suspend or withdraw recognition where these terms are breached, Club assets are misused or behaviour is inconsistent with Club values. The Terms of Engagement may be reviewed and updated periodically, with any changes communicated to registered groups.
