Premier League Cup Fixtures Confirmed
- The Foxes begin their campaign with a home clash against West Ham United at Loughborough University on Saturday 1 October (1pm KO)
- City were drawn in Group E alongside West Ham, Brighton and Nottingham Forest
Leicester City’s Development Squad will begin their Premier League Cup campaign with a clash with West Ham United at Loughborough University on Saturday 1 October (1pm kick-off).
Alongside their involvement in Premier League 2, the Checkatrade Trophy and the Premier League International Cup, Steve Beaglehole’s outfit will take on West Ham, Brighton and Hove Albion and Nottingham Forest in Group E.
Similar to Premier League 2, players under the age of 23 are eligible, as well as three overage outfield players and one overage goalkeeper.
The Foxes will play their first home fixture at Loughborough University, while venues for the home clashes against Brighton and Nottingham Forest will be confirmed on LCFC.com in due course.
