BTEC Sport Lecturer Position Available

The post holder will be responsible for the effective delivery of a BTEC Level 3 in Sport, working within the Futsal Education Scholarship.
The candidate will report to, and be required to work, under the direction of the Education Officer and Community Director, delivering educational sessions linked to the guidelines and Unit Criteria set by TVS Education.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and teach BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport.
- Assure the quality of educational delivery and maintain standards set by Leicester City Football Club Community Trust and partners.
- The Education Delivery Tutor will be responsible to develop, deliver and maintain a high quality sport related education programme to young adults.
- Prepare teaching materials, lesson plans and schemes of work. - Assess learners’ work on online platform and provide feedback to learners.
- Carry out administration relevant to the role including registers, reports, observations and grading.
- You will be responsible for creating a positive and enjoyable learning environment.
- Proactively promote the brand name ‘Leicester City Football Club’ and Community Trust.
The candidate will be educated to a relevant degree standard and hold a recognised teaching qualification (DTLLS, PGCE, Cert Ed).
The candidate must have experience of teaching BTEC and working with groups of young adults. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a comprehensive screening process through the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS).
