- Leicester City's Supporter Liaison Officer Jim Donnelly has been nominated for a FSF Award- Jim has worked for the Club for over 20 years- The awards look to highlight the work done by club employees behind the scenes- The FSF Awards ceremony will be held in London on Monday 4 December

After joining the Club in September 1997, Jim has attended over 800 fixtures, helping make the matchday experience of City fans as enjoyable, safe and comfortable as possible.

Ninety shortlisted candidates will contest 15 categories, some decided by a panel and others by public vote, recognising everything from the best players of 2017 to club employees.

Jim has been nominated alongside six others in the ‘Supporter Liaison Officer of the Year’ category and the winner will be selected by a panel of industry experts later this month.

The awards will be presented at the Tower of London on Monday 4 December. Also shortlisted back in 2015, Jim will be joined by the Club's Supporter Engagement team in the capital next month.

Jim works tirelessly to assist the Blue Army wherever possible and, alongside his role enabling Fox Travel services to operate smoothly on away matchdays, he also runs the LCFC Help service.

“I feel very honoured to be nominated again,” Jim said.

“I am here to help as many supporters as possible to make their matchday experience the best it can be, to deal with any issues anyone might have, and to get them resolved quickly.

“It is a role with its fair share of challenges but I get such a buzz out of talking to like-minded supporters every day about our mutual love for Leicester City.”
