About The Company

Established in 1884, Leicester City Football Club is a leading Football Club, achieving outstanding success as Premier League champions in 2016. Following a period of growth, Leicester City Football Club is recruiting a Laundry Assistant who will be responsible for providing a professional laundry service for the Club's players and coaches.

About The Role

Based at the Club's Training Ground, the key duties of this role include washing and preparing all first team and academy kits and ensuring that they are ready for training sessions and matches, as well as ensuring that at all times laundry standards are maintained to a high level and that kits are presented in-line with Club standards. It also includes ensuring that all equipment and machines are well maintained and any damage or faults are reported as necessary.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of a similar laundry role. They will be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team. They will possess strong time management skills with a flexible approach to working. It is desirable that the ideal candidate will have advanced sewing/tailoring skills and they will have previous experience of working within professional football or a similar sensitive working environment.

Contract Type – PermanentHours Per Week – 37.5 hours (working 5 out of 7 days)
