Yuka Momiki, Deanne Rose and Josie Green all face late fitness tests
One game remains for LCFC Women, as they conclude their season at King Power Stadium against Liverpool on Saturday and City's Interim Manager spoke about her squad's fitness levels with the media during Thursday's press conference.
Forwards O'Brien and Draper won't be available again in the 2023/24 campaign, while several other players have taken knocks in training since a 1-1 draw with West Ham United and will be awaiting fitness tests before confirming their availability.
"It's still the same two out in terms of Shannon [O'Brien] and Denny [Draper]," Foster explained at Belvoir Drive. "Yuka [Momiki], Deanne [Rose] and Josie [Green] have had knocks throughout the week and hopefully they should be fine to return to the squad for the weekend but we'll have to wait and see.
"Two of them didn't train today (Thursday) so we'll have to be patient and work with them to see if they're ready for Saturday, but we'll be careful and do everything we can to look after the players."
