The 29-year-old has been a regular in the Barclays Women’s Super League for Spurs since their promotion as quadruple winners in the 2016/2017 season.
Green was made captain of the side in the summer of 2020 and made a total of 15 appearances for Spurs last season – scoring once and helping the team to a fifth-place finish in the WSL.
Prior to joining the North London outfit, Green progressed through the youth ranks of Watford, making her senior debut for the Hornets during the 2010/11 FA Women's National League season.
At international level, Green represents Wales. Her senior debut came at the age of just 16 as a substitute against Azerbaijan in the 2011 FIFA Women's World Cup qualifiers and she remains a regular in the senior side, earning 22 caps in total.
After being named as part of LCFC Women's leadership group ahead of the 2022/23 campaign, the midfielder debuting against her former side Tottenham, on the opening day of the season.
