Tee opened the scoring for Trevor Peake’s men in the 15th minute before adding to his tally shortly after the restart before Joe Lewis narrowed the arrears in the 65th minute.
However, an own goal, also from Lewis, with eight minutes left ensured City continued their excellent form in all competitions this season.
So far, Leicester have only lost to local rivals Aston Villa and table-toppers Chelsea.
Peake’s side are next in action on Tuesday afternoon, when they entertain Fulham at Belvoir Drive in the U18 Premier League Cup group stage (1pm kick-off).
