Goals from Frida Maanum, Smilla Holmberg, Stina Blackstenius, Mariona Caldentey and Leah Williamson confirmed Leicester's final position in the table this season.
We finish 12th in the WSL with two league games to play, meaning our season will extend to a play-off with the side who end up in third place in the WSL2 to determine who will play in the top flight next season.
Heading into this game with the Gunners, Manager Rick Passmoor made three changes, bringing in Emily van Egmond, Asmita Ale and Hannah Cain, for Rachel Williams, Chantelle Swaby and Emma Jansson.
Arsenal take the lead

For the first 20 minutes, the Foxes sat in a disciplined shape, holding off the advances of Arsenal, but we headed into the fixture knowing we needed three points to keep the prospect of finishing higher than bottom alive.
However, on 25 minutes, the Gunners took the lead when Maanum directed a header into the far corner, just out of reach of Olivia Clark.
Two minutes later, their lead was extended when a through ball into the path of Holmberg sent her on her way to fire past the Leicester 'keeper. Before the half was out, Blackstenius scored a quick-fire brace to make it 4-0 in north London.
Hosts take advantage

Having only recently returned from injury, Clark, deputising for Janina Leitzig, who is now out herself, was withdrawn at half-time. She was replaced by Katie Keane, making her debut for the Club.
Arsenal, though, showed their quality and went on to score three goals in the second half.
Holmberg got the first after the restart, before Caldentey and Williamson added their names to the scoresheet, resulting in our biggest defeat this season.
Leicester confirmed for play-off fixture
The Foxes will take part in a play-off game next month.

With two games to go, bottom spot has already been guaranteed for City, but unlike other seasons, we will take part in a play-off fixture against the team that finishes third in the WSL2. It will be a battle for the final spot in next season's top flight campaign, which will take place on Saturday 23 May.
Before that, we have two league games remaining, starting off against Chelsea at King Power Stadium this Sunday (2:30pm BST kick-off), before travelling to Goodison Park to face Everton a week later.
