The Foxes were back in the building for the first time since May, as familiar faces and new recruits began the pre-season schedule together under Amandine Miquel, joined by Assistant Manager Amaury Messuwe and Goalkeeping Coach Tom Pressman, with Jennifer Foster and Stephen Kirby continuing in their roles of Assistant Manager and First Team Coach.

Summer signings Chantelle Swaby, Sari Kees and Noémie Mouchon are all settling in to life in Leicestershire, alongside Asmita Ale and Ruby Mace, who have both made permanents moves to the Club having previously spent time on loan at City.
CJ Bott (New Zealand), Courtney Nevin (Australia) and Deanne Rose (Canada) remain away, meanwhile, representing their respective nations at the Paris 2024 Olympics.

The rest of the squad are also beginning preparations for the new Barclays Women's Super League campaign, with Liverpool away up first for Leicester on the weekend of 21/22 September, before welcoming Arsenal to King Power Stadium a week later.
The trio of Sophie Howard, Janice Cayman and Shannon O'Brien signed new contracts during the off-season months, while Denny Draper agreed her first professional deal having emerged through the Foxes' Academy.

The day itself included testing, profiling and medical screening for the players, as they were put through their paces ahead of getting back on the grass later in the week, looking to take on the ideas and concepts from the New Manager.
