The long-awaited return to action for the Foxes sees them welcome third tier Stoke for FA Cup action at Meadow Lane this Wednesday, tickets for which can be found HERE.

Leicester drew 1-1 with Chelsea ahead of the break.

Leicester's opening game of the New Year, it will be the first in a month for Amandine Miquel's side, who last saw off the advances of current Barclays Women's Super League champions Chelsea to take a point at King Power Stadium in mid-December.

One position and one point above bottom placed Crystal Palace, attention now turns to the FA Cup, in which City made it all the way to the semi-finals last season, losing 2-1 to Tottenham Hotspur in extra-time.

Wednesday's match at the home of Notts County will be their first test in the competition this term as they look to maintain the form that saw them end 2024 in great fashion.

Stoke City beat Chester le Street in the previous round.

An FA Women's National League side, Stoke currently play in the Northern Premier Division, two leagues below the WSL.

Sat fifth in the league, they have won seven of their first 11 games, and beat Chester le Street Town 2-1 to reach Leicester in the FA Cup Fourth Round.

Former Fox Jess Reavill is part of the Potters squad nowadays, and Millie Ravening will be another to watch out for this week, with the forward netting 18 goals this campaign, putting her at the top of the scoring leaderboards.

In a first meeting between the two sides, tickets for the game can be found HERE. Priced at just £10 for adults, they are available online until Tuesday 12pm, but will still be available on the gate come matchday, with tickets purchased for the original date still valid.
