Jakub Stolarczyk looks ahead to this Friday’s Sky Bet Championship encounter with Birmingham City
The Leicester City goalkeeper says we’ll be ready for the challenge against the upwardly-mobile Blues
He also explains the impact the Blue Army can have on the clash, an 8pm BST kick-off

Speaking inside CITY Matchday Magazine, the official Foxes programme, our new No.1 has looked ahead to the test which Chris Davies’ Blues will bring to King Power Stadium.
Unbeaten in their opening three Sky Bet Championship fixtures, picking up seven points, the newly-promoted St. Andrew’s outfit are looking upwards this season.
Leicester, though, are also on the hunt for points and go into the clash on the back of an encouraging 1-0 success at Charlton Athletic – Stolarczyk’s first clean sheet of 25/26.
“It's definitely going to be a different game to what we’ve faced recently, but it's going to be a tough challenge,” the Polish shot-stopper said. “They’re a team that just came up and they've got good momentum going on.
“They haven't lost a game this season yet in the league. They've got good qualities and we prepare the best we can to face it, but we are going to be ready for a challenge ahead, which I'm sure is going to be another really tough game.”
With the backing on the Blue Army on Filbert Way, mind you, Stolarczyk is confident that Martí Cifuentes’ men can go into the international break on the back of another win.
“They’re always the 12th man for us,” he added. “They can lift us up in the difficult periods in a game. We're going to work as hard as we can to make them be on our side and to keep giving us the support that we need because it's very important for us when we play.
“We're all looking forward to the game because it'll be another great game at King Power Stadium – evening kick-off, under the lights. It'll just be a great atmosphere to play in.”
