Representatives from supporters, Supporter Groups and club staff in attendance

The latest session brought together representatives from across our supporter base - including Fan Advisory Board (FAB) Members, Supporter Groups, Supporter Representatives and Club staff - to review progress against actions from earlier meetings and provide further feedback on a range of key themes affecting fans’ experience.

Discussions included experience and engagement priorities including the Fan Zone, food and drink offering and maintaining a positive, inclusive matchday atmosphere. There was consultation on the 2026/27 Season Ticket offer and the Away Priority Points Process survey results were discussed.

The next FCC Working Group will take place on Thursday 16 April, with Chief Executive Kevin Davies attending.
