PFA Business School equips current and former players, coaches and staff with the skills to thrive beyond their playing careers
Both Cleveland and Glyn, Head of Academy Player Care and U21 Goalkeeping Coach respectively, earned a Diploma in Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and Leadership, with their achievements recognised at a graduation ceremony held at Emirates Stadium earlier this month.
Delivered in partnership with the University of Portsmouth, the new initiative equips current and former players, coaches and staff with the skills to thrive beyond their playing careers.
The PFA Business School is a player-centric initiative established by the players’ union to help footballers develop their expertise and unlock career opportunities.
Led by experts from the world of football and sport, the faculty includes over 75 renowned practitioners, representing more than 50 clubs across 13 countries.
Cleveland and Glyn’s graduation is a well-deserved recognition of the hard work they have put into their studies alongside their roles at the Club.
Their commitment and dedication are an example to colleagues, and we congratulate them both on this fantastic achievement.
