A second home fixture in two weeks, Brighton are the next side to travel to King Power Stadium, which has been the venue for our only successes this season.
Hoping to shorten the gap to the sides above us, the manager spoke about both teams and the challenge ahead in his preview with the media at Belvoir Drive…
'It's the small margins'

A late goal from Kirsty Hanson condemned the Foxes to a 2-1 defeat last weekend, supporting Passmoor’s view that small margins have made the difference in recent games.
“It’s the small margins,” Passmoor explained. “You’re seeing the psychology now, because we’re at the end of the season and we need to pick up points.
“We need to be comfortable in that challenge. You can see the effort and togetherness of the squad; it’s just about turning that work rate into making the right decision at the right moment.
“We’re disappointed to come away from that result with nothing because of how we worked — the effort off the pitch has been exemplary.
“So, it’s just about getting ready to go again for another game at King Power Stadium.”
'We're working hard'

With the penultimate home game of the season approaching, Passmoor is treating each remaining fixture as an opportunity for points, admitting a bit of luck wouldn’t go amiss.
“We’re targeting this weekend for points because it’s a huge opportunity,” the manager continued. “We can change the narrative from previous weekends, so we know the importance of it.
“If the players conduct themselves well and deliver the game plan — which we have faith in them to do — then we’ll come out with a good performance, and hopefully a good result as well.
“It might take something special, or for the ball to hit someone’s knee in the 89th minute — and that’ll do us.
“But that would galvanise us even more because, when you’re in a dip in results like we are now, sometimes you need that bit of luck.
“We’re working hard and performing well at times; we just need to keep it going for 90 minutes, and then the results will come.”
'Great pace and quality'
The Seagulls have 18 points this season.

Sunday’s opponents sit ninth in the WSL, with five wins this season under Dario Vidošić, and Passmoor spoke about the qualities his side can expect to face.
“They have a high press, and they press with aggression,” our Manager added. “They are among the highest in the league in terms of turnovers in the final third.
“They have a number of individuals with the capability in possession to cause us trouble, and they play very similarly to the men’s side.
“In terms of individuals, the forwards have great pace and quality, which we need to be aware of. The likes of Kiko Seike can come infield or play out wide.
“Fran Kirby is someone you have to be very aware of because of her expertise, experience, and talent, which can unlock many a door — and we need to keep her quiet for the full 100 minutes.”
