With the rest of English football is drawing to a conclusion, there are still some busy weeks ahead for LCFC Women, with it confirmed on Thursday that we will be taking part in this year's World Sevens Tournament in London.
But ahead of that, we close the 22-game campaign out against Everton on Saturday afternoon (1pm BST kick-off), before facing Charlton Athletic in a play-off fixture a week after, which will determine our fate for next season.
All of this was covered during Passmoor's pre-match press conference at Belvoir Drive...
'The squad have galvanised'
Working hard at Belvoir Drive.
Another week-long break between fixtures has allowed the Foxes to study hard and prepare for a couple of defining games this season, and the Manager has been pleased with their work ethic and determination to do what needs to be done.
"The squad have galvanised and come together because we're in this situation, and we want to stay in WSL1, so the group are working hard," he stated to the media.
"They understand what is at stake and what we've done is look at both games, and we've been recently looking at Everton who have done very well and got into mid-table security.
"The players are in a good space and the players have completed training today and are looking forward to the two games lying ahead."
'It's a great opportunity'
The Manager urges to take the play-off opportunity with both hands.
While our immediate focus is on Everton this weekend, the coaching staff must stay vigilant ahead of facing Charlton a week later, with our spot at the foot of the WSL standings already confirmed.
Speaking on the next couple of games, Passmoor understands the enormity of the challenge, and while wholesale changes might not be evident, he is hoping small tweaks can change our fortune.
He added: "In terms of the narrative, it's a great opportunity. We've been working hard to get ourselves ready for Everton, and then following that, the play-off game.
"We want to stay in the best league in the world, which has the best players, and we want to continue to be part of that.
"In our work, we've been consistent with our messages, and our behaviour to ensure that the players come into an environment they want to be in and train in.
"With the timespan you've got, there's not a lot of differences you can make to the team at this stage of the season but there might be a couple of tweaks; whether that's a slight change in formation or a different player starting."
'The fans make a difference'
Proud of your continued support.
Our play-off fixture against Charlton, followed by the World Sevens Tournament, are both massive opportunities to show everyone what Leicester City are made of.
The Manager explained that no one deserves some success more this season than the Blue Army, who have made themselves heard at every venue across the country, and hopes they are rewarded for their efforts by the end of the season.
"It's full of high-profile players (the World Sevens tournament) that will help us grow our supporter base, and allow our current supporters to be close to the players, because it's a completely different environment to the WSL," Passmoor continued.
"You'll get to see personalities, and it's been worked on for a long time, but it's good for women's football to get more eyes on the game, and encourage stakeholders, so it's a great opportunity for us and the women's game.
"In terms of the play-off, we want to get as many supporters down to the Valley as possible because they'll have a big crowd there and fans make a difference. I'm looking forward to seeing them down at Charlton but also at Everton this weekend.
"I've spoken to the fans throughout, but they are so proud of this city, so we know that they are loud and will back us, so we just want to give them something back because we know it's been a tough season."
