LCFC Women finish regular season at Goodison Park this Saturday
Rick Passmoor confirms Katie Keane will face Everton
Jutta Rantala is back in for selection as well
We're heading into an important play-off game against Charlton Athletic
One final game remains in the 22-game Barclays WSL campaign, and for the Foxes, it ends at Goodison Park on Saturday afternoon (1pm BST kick-off).
Heading into the game, the Manager provided a squad update, telling the media that Keane will once again be between the sticks, with Janina Leitzig and Olivia Clark currently sidelined.
"When you look at the three games in one week, we had to use the squad," Passmoor explained. "Everyone has been on the training pitch, and we're looking at our options because it's the time of year you need to deal with fitness.
Rantala made her first appearance since injury against Chelsea last time out.
"We've just got the goalkeeper situation. Liv [Clark] is out for the season and Jani [Leitzig] is being looked after but she is not ready yet. Katie [Keane] will play this weekend."
He also provided a positive update on Rantala, revealing that our Finnish forward is back training with the squad, and could play a part this weekend, and our play-off game against Charlton Athletic a week later.
"Jutta [Rantala] has been in and around the group," Passmoor confirmed. "She's so focused and professional and it's great to have her back in and around it, and she's available for selection ahead of the next two games."
