LCFC Women face Manchester City this Sunday (12pm kick-off)
Noémie Mouchon, Jutta Rantala and Denny Draper remain sidelined with a long-term injury
A first game back since the international break, it is Man City who await us this Sunday at King Power Stadium, and in the build up, the Manager spoke about his side, who have recently suffered with an illness bug in camp. Speaking first on the long-term injuries, he wasn't able to provide a timespan, but was pleased to say they are progressing well, while the others in the team continue their preparation to face the league leaders.
"As we know, Noémie [Mouchon], Jutta [Rantala] and Denny [Draper] are out with the medical team with no set date," Passmoor told the media at Belvoir Drive.
The Manager confirmed Mouchon will be unavailable this side of Christmas.
"We've had a bug in camp over the last few weeks, and a few of those affected were involved in the Palace game, but we were pushed for numbers so they played, but all are doing well now."
Going back to the absence of Mouchon and Rantala, who have scored four goals between them this season, the Manager continued to show his support for two key players that will miss out on these final two games before the festive break.
"Noémie is on the pitch and doing well, but she's not in contact training yet," Passmoor continued. "She will be in the next week or two at earliest.
"Jutta is in and around the building and we're keeping her part of the team, but of course she'll be out long term. She's got our full support and we're looking forward for when she's back."
