Arriving with a drive for success, the 31-year-old is raring to get going ahead of our 2025/26 Barclays Women's Super League campaign and noted her excitement of playing in the top tier of women’s football.

"I am really happy to be here," Boureille stated. "I'm looking forward to meeting everyone, getting to know the squad and joining the Leicester City family.

Ready for a new chapter.

"I haven’t experienced playing in England yet, but I know it's one of the best leagues and competitions in the world. I am looking forward to challenging myself every day against the best players and hopefully helping the team as much as I can.

"Women's football in England is increasing at an incredible rate and I want to be a part of that."

Following key conversations with our football management and Amandine Miquel, Boureille understands the task at hand and is eager to begin her work at Belvoir Drive.

Celeste joins from Montpellier.

"The facilities here are incredible," she continued. "I haven’t seen anything like it before in women’s football. I am excited to be a part of the Club and part of the Foxes family. When players are treated like this, the only option is to give your all and play as best you can.

"I hope to bring experience to the team. I've played in many different of countries and hopefully that will allow me to help the players around me.

"The conversations with the Manager have been really positive. She understands my attributes and I will do my best to bring that to the team.”
