Leicester Pride takes place in the city centre this weekend

We’ll be represented alongside Foxes Pride and Leicester Wildecats

Having supported Leicester Pride for a number of years, we continue to champion inclusion, equality and representation across our local community.

The celebrations this weekend will begin with the annual Pride Parade, which gets underway outside The Curve Theatre at midday before making its way through Leicester city centre and on to Abbey Park.

The festival itself will then take place at Abbey Park from 1pm until 9pm, with free entry for everyone. The event will feature live entertainment, community organisations, market stalls, food and drink, and a range of activities throughout the day.

We’ll be represented alongside our LGBTQ+ supporter group, Foxes Pride, continuing a long-standing partnership which helps promote a welcoming and inclusive environment for our LGBTQ+ supporters.

Foxes Pride work closely with us to tackle homophobia, biphobia and transphobia in football, while promoting the welfare of our LGBTQ+ supporters and helping to ensure we create a safe and welcoming place for everyone at King Power Stadium.

Leicester Wildecats, the city’s LGBTQ+ football team, will also be represented at Leicester Pride, joining us and Foxes Pride in celebrating the occasion and promoting inclusion within football and the wider community.

Leicester Pride is one of our city's major annual community celebrations, bringing thousands of people together to celebrate LGBTQ+ equality, diversity and visibility.
