The 21-year-old defender arrives at King Power Stadium following two years with West Ham United and signs a three-year contract with us.
Speaking to LCFC.com, Jessie said: "I'm happy it's over the line and I'm excited to get going - this is a Club with a lot of ambition. The Club can help me grow as a player, and I feel I can help the Club back to where it belongs."
Born in Dublin, Jessie began her career in the League of Ireland Women's Premier Division with Shelbourne in 2021 before earning a move to Barclays Women’s Super League side West Ham United in the summer of 2023.
Loan spells with Reading and Sunderland in WSL 2 followed for Jessie in 2024 and 2025, before she linked up with Nottingham Forest for the 25/26 campaign.
Recognised for her talent on the world stage early on, Jessie has 20 full international caps for the Girls in Green having progressed through her nation's youth categories to make her debut in a 1-0 win over the Philippines in 2022.
Jessie has two international goals to her name having registered strikes against Georgia and Greece in the UEFA Women's EURO 2025 qualifying play-offs and 2025 UEFA Women's Nations League, respectively.
