  • The PUMA Rainbow Ball stands as a celebration of LGBTQ+ fans
  • Ball will feature at all Sky Bet EFL fixtures from 20 February to 1 March
  • Our home game against Norwich City will be our dedicated Football v Homophobia fixture this season
Serving as a symbol of inclusion, unity and pride, the ball will feature at all Sky Bet EFL games from 20 February to 1 March and was in use for our away fixtures at Stoke City and Middlesbrough and again for our home clash with Norwich City this weekend.
Our game against the Canaries is also our dedicated Football v Homophobia matchday, supporting a campaign that exists to challenge discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender identity and expression at all levels of football.
The PUMA Rainbow Ball stands as a celebration of LGBTQ+ fans and the EFL’s commitment to ensuring football is a welcoming, safe and inclusive space for every supporter, in every stadium.
Throughout the season, the EFL and its clubs stand together against homophobia, and the Rainbow Ball reminds us once again that we are all united through our love for the game.
Last year, goals scored with the Rainbow Ball saw PUMA donate £10,000 to Football v Homophobia, supporting their education and inclusion work across the season.
PUMA will once again donate to Football v Homophobia for every goal scored with the Rainbow Ball across all Sky Bet Championship, League One and League Two fixtures this season. The funds will further support programmes designed to tackle homophobia, promote understanding and strengthen inclusion at every level of the game.
Should you experience any form of discrimination in a Leicester City setting, please email help@lcfc.co.uk or call 0344 815 5000 (option 4).
Furthermore, you can also report any form of discrimination or hate crime by texting the word FOXES to 60066.
