Shannon O'Brien opened the scoring for us at the Copperjax Community Stadium but the hosts responded quickly through Lucía Corrales, before Isobel Goodwin netted again ahead of the break. Goals from Malou Marcetto, Grace Geyoro and Freya Godfrey settled the scoreline in the second half.
Goalkeeper Olivia Clark was named back in the starting XI, with Janina leitzig missing out through injury, while Olivia McLoughlin and Rachel Williams both came back into the fold.

Goals have been hard to come by for the Foxes this term, who have only found the net on nine occasions heading into this one, with three of them coming from O'Brien. But great individual work from our top scorer gave us the lead in south London.
Picking the ball up on the edge of the hosts' box, the forward showed great control to cut inside her defender, and curl the ball into the bottom corner with the outside of her right foot.
Unfortunately for Rick Passmoor's side, the lead was short lived, as the hosts sparked into life.

The home side bounced back quickly with a goal from Corrales, who attempted a left-footed cross, but saw it fly over the unexpected Clark, into the back of the net.
With their tails up, the London outfit took the lead in the game for the first time just before half-time, when Isobel Goodwin fired home from close range.
Into the second half, the home side increased their lead with a third through Malou Marcetto, which only encouraged them to get more.

London City scored twice more in the latter stages, through Geyoro and Godfrey, resulting in a 5-1 scoreline at the Copperjax Community Stadium.
The games comes thick and fast now for Leicester, who are back in the capital on Wednesday evening when we face Arsenal at Emirates Stadium (7pm kick-off), before welcoming Chelsea to King Power Stadium on Sunday (2:30pm kick-off).
