The games start to come thick and fast now for the Foxes, who make the 240-mile round-trip to face 10th-placed Hull City.
We head into the encounter unbeaten in our last eight, but with only one win from six, while Tuesday's hosts are off the back of two straight wins, against Sheffield United and Birmingham City.
Ahead of Tuesday's 7:45pm kick-off, with the help of Of Foxes & Foxes co-author Dave Smith, we've taken a look at the stats and figures from previous meetings with the Tigers...
Previous Encounters
Our last time at MKM Stadium.
Our last time at MKM Stadium.
You'll have to go back to 2014 for the last time we won in Hull; Riyad Mahrez scoring the goal as both Stephen Quinn and Paul Konchesky were dismissed in the final minutes of the Sky Bet Championship clash.
More recently, the two sides met when we were last in the Championship two seasons ago, but we only managed to take one point across both games; drawing 2-2 back in March 2024 when Jamie Vardy netted a brace, with Liam Delap scoring the only goal of the game at King Power Stadium six months earlier.
The last meeting in a cup fixture came in 2015, when Mahrez was once again on the scoresheet in a 1-1 League Cup draw, before we lost out on penalties.
Landmark Moments
To this day, Mark Schwarzer is the oldest player to have represented the Club.

In that very same cup game, Mark Schwarzer made his final appearance for the Foxes, setting the mark for our oldest player at the age of 43 years and 21 days.
As mentioned, the last Leicester player to score from the spot against Hull came in 2024 thank to Vardy, but for the Tigers, it was 13 years prior when former City player Matty Fryatt came back to haunt his old employers.
Our last hat-trick in this fixture, however, came in 2012, when David Nugent scored three in a Championship fixture on Filbert Way.
Arguably the most memorable recent fixture was in March 2006 at the Walkers (now King Power) Stadium when Joey Guðjónsson netted an outrageous goal from the halfway line that completely caught out Hull keeper Boaz Myhill. Although, the Foxes' home win in March 1912 is worth a notable mention, mainly because the referee, Mr. Peers, did not actually arrive until half-time.
Played For Both & Top Scorers
Vardy scored twice in our last meeting with the Tigers.

The leading Leicester goalscorer against Hull is Arthur Rowley, who found the net on 12 different occasions, while several Tigers hold the record against us with four, including the likes of Arthur Temple, Sammy Stevens and Tommy Bromwell.
Interestingly, Bromwell scored all of his goals in the same match. Only David Nish has netted for both clubs in this fixture, though one of those was an own goal.
There may only be a smattering of players who have represented both clubs over the years, but there was one record transfer deal, back in November 1949, when Don Revie moved to Boothferry Park for a reported £20,000 fee.
