Kicking off the New Year with a 4-1 win over Stoke City in the Adobe Women's FA Cup, we now face Tottenham Hotspur in the WSL on Sunday afternoon (12:30pm GMT kick-off) at the Gaughan Group Stadium.
During Thursday's press conference at Belvoir Drive, the Manager outlined the importance of starting strongly as the Foxes aim for an improved second phase of the season.
'We switched the level we wanted'

Now three games unbeaten, which included a historic point against Chelsea before the winter break, Miquel spoke about how our mentality has improved, which she hopes will start to translate to rewards on the pitch.
"Hopefully the end of the first phase carries on," she told the media. "Not just the football aspect but the mental aspect of the team was good and we switched on the level we wanted.
"The football, we always want to improve, but the mental side, I believe we made a step up and that's the most important thing, for me, that we need to carry into this second phase.
"If we keep that, then we can show a very ambitious style of play. I have the trust in the players to do what's necessary. They have been in similar situations before and we will continue to focus on every game to make sure we get as many points as possible."
'Giving them a chance'

One of our own, Nelly Las, netted her first senior goal for Leicester on Wednesday evening, as she continues to prove herself a valuable talent in our First Team squad.
The former Stade de Reims Manager spoke about the achievement and was keen to commend the effort some of the younger players have been putting in.
"It was great for her, and better because her family was there," Miquel continued. "It's ideal for a young player to have that opportunity to perform in front of loved ones.
"We're relying a lot on the younger players, and that's something I like to do; giving them the chance. If they take it then they will get to play more and more.
"Even if I didn't have any injuries, they would still get opportunities because it is not about your age, but more if you impress during training."
'There is no easy game'

Our next run of fixtures sees us challenge Tottenham, Liverpool and Everton in the WSL. But after stating that no game in this division should be taken for granted, Miquel understands that points must become more of a regular occurrence to retain our status in the top flight.
She added: "I think it is important to capitalise in any game; we showed that before Christmas when we took a point against Chelsea. There is no easy game so we need to make sure we do our best in every game.
"There is not just one way to fight the relegation, you have to put your energy into every game and believe you can take points when you step on the field."
